Day 1: Transfer & Boat Safari – Murchison Falls National Park

Get ready for the adventure of a lifetime! Early in the morning, your guide/driver will pick you up from your hotel or residence for a scenic 5-6 hour drive to Murchison Falls National Park, Uganda’s largest and most iconic wildlife destination. Upon arrival, you’ll check in to your lodge just in time for a delicious lunch, preparing you for the thrilling afternoon ahead.

After lunch, embark on an exhilarating boat safari along the Nile River, heading toward the base of the mighty Murchison Falls. Watch in awe as 300-400 cubic meters of water forcefully squeeze through a narrow 7-meter gorge every second, creating one of the most spectacular natural displays on Earth. Along the riverbanks, you’ll spot incredible wildlife, including hippos, crocodiles, and a wide variety of colorful bird species.

Following the boat cruise, take a short hike to the top of the falls, where you’ll be rewarded with panoramic views and the perfect opportunity to snap breathtaking photos.
